Profile Description

• Overall in-charge of Accounting / Finance department for the
Philippine, Singapore, Australia office reporting to the Director
• Responsible for Cash Forecasting and cash flow positions
• Interprets the company’s financial results to management and
recommends improvement activities including responding globally to
inquiries regarding the financial results
• Engages in on-going cost reduction analyses in all areas of the
company
• Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis
and discounted cash flow analysis
• Assists the Director in all finance related matters including but not
limited to the Upgrade to see actual infoual audit and ensuring financials are accurate and
reasonable
• Provides directive advise to staff on payroll, accounts payable
regarding issue resolution including overseeing the semi-monthly payroll
process
• Reviews and ensures all financial transactions are complete, accurate
and processed in a timely fashion
• Ensures that all government statutory tax requirements as well as bank
compliance activities are properly met
• Maintains relationship management with banking partners
• Processes payments to external suppliers
• Responsible for the monthly/quarterly closing, reconciliation and
financial reporting
• Assist in the development of initiatives and management
implementation of new procedures as the need arises.
