Greetings!
 
 
 I have been in the BPO industry for almost 7
years in different call centers.
 
    I first worked in Qualfon for 2 years as
Technical Representative specifically in mobile service ( Tracfone, Net10, and
ST). Joined Supervisor's group for a year. I also worked as a financial
assistant in sending and receiving money for Western Union based in the US for
a year. Recently, I was working in Convergys as Technical Representative for
the internet, Telephone, and Cable services. I had experience as a Patient Care
Coordinator at Optum Global Solutions. We process sending their medications to their respective addresses. 
    During the pandemic, I transitioned to working from home.  I worked as an Appointment setter in the Fashion Industry. Been there for 7 months. The main task is to book an appointment for an interview together with the Talent Director. I am also working as an HR Assistant. I do the job postings. Screen the applicants and scheduled them for an initial interview with the Recruitment Manager. I do this part-time only. I also had an experience as an Appointment setter for Home and Appliance Repair. Recently, I was a cold caller in a home improvement campaign, calling and setting appointments for solar panels, HVAC, and Dual Pane Windows. Lastly, I have an experience with Medicare, pre-qualifying clients, and transferring the call to Salesperson.

       I am still very eager to learn and gain more knowledge about becoming better and
improving myself.
