Hey there! 

My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am an Email/Social Media Marketing Specialist and Copywriter - specifically my tasks involve creating and curating marketing campaigns. I also write the content and copy for the campaigns, email newsletters and blogs. I create content and graphic design (Canva) for social media & manage social media accounts, promotions, as well as handled influencers. I am responsible for ensuring deliverability to optimize sales funnels.  Prior to that, I have worked as an online English teacher for 4 1/2 years. Also, I have worked in the Customer Service and Technical Support industry.

I am passionate about my work and the quality of output as I see it as a reflection of my work ethic. I also enjoy the creativity marketing requires and developing my skills along the way. I enjoy challenges and see it as an opportunity to improve and develop my skills. I am open to feedback and suggestions and see it as an inevitable way to improve and become a better version of myself. 

 My interests and passions include yoga, biking, swimming, watching movies and reading. I have been practicing yoga daily for four years now, It is an understatement to say it has changed my Upgrade to see actual info has had a great impact on my mind, body, and soul and I would like to think it has made me a better version of myself. I am a single mom to a lovely pre-teen daughter and love working from home because of it.  

I  have recently traveled to Thailand, Vietnam and China meeting many students and made new friends. Traveling has ignited a passion to learn more about the world. I love working online and the freedom and flexibility it provides. I believe my work is a reflection of myself and absolutely passionate about providing quality service.
