Profile Description

I started my career last 2010 as a CSR (Voice) for a local telco account at PacificHub Corporation. After a year, I was transferred to their sales department as an Outbound Sales Representative for a US online business listing Upgrade to see actual info 2012, I moved to a different company, Startek Philippines, as a Back office agent for Time Warner Cable. After a couple of months, I was promoted as an Inbound Sales Representative for both voice and chat for the same account until early 2015. I was able to handle 4 chats concurrently during that time which developed my typing speed and ability to handle customer concerns and inquiries simultaneously. And since it is an Inbound Sales account, we still provide customer service while doing sales. After almost 3 years in Inbound sales, in mid-2015 I got transferred to TWCs tech account as a Technical Support representative until the end of that year. I can say that my skills in customer service has been boosted in tech support.
With those years of experience, I can say that I am most efficient with Customer Service and data management. I find it enjoyable and fulfilling to work on admin tasks that include analyzing and generating data. I am able to deliver the required results within the given time even without much supervision. I am also very eager to learn more and expand my skills with data management.
