Profile Description

Customer service for 5 years and a Virtual Assistant. Three years in a Luxury bedlinen company based in Massachusetts and 2 years as a Consultant in a financial Account.
I have experience in customer service for an E-commerce company for 3 years with interactions at the Fulfillment Center, Sales Representative, Interior designers and business owners as well. I have  assisted the customers place their order online over the phone, via chat and email, as well as help them answer their inquiries such as the delivery time frame and process their return. Greeting them in their first name is the key role in providing best-in-class service. Acknowledge and strive to give accurate, complete, and timely information in resolving their request by utilizing the tools and understanding the special ways in which we build customer loyalty. A Client Support Specialist wherein I am providing technical and product support using project management tools, helping clients with product set-up, recording all customer complaints, comments and request.
