- Provide take off using software such as planswift 
- Provide overall report ready for submission

- Sourcing on updated equipment or materials costs
- Create cost estimate 
- Source out vendors 
- Send out Request for Quotation to vendors and contractors 
- Prepare cost comparison on suppliers proposals - Negotiate pricing 

++ Administrative Support ++
- Lead Generation through web research 
- Data Entry 
- Other tasks needed

- Basic graphics design
