Profile Description

I have 3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant in a Healthcare Company in PA, Pittsburgh, my main responsibility is as a Doctors assistant, doing video conferences with patients, assessing patients by getting their requirements ready, these includes encoding patients private information in EHR (practice fusion), uploading files from outlook in EHR and sending cold and warm emails for their inquiries and for clarifications, and other admin tasks.

I have also one year experience in working as a customer service representative, this includes back-office jobs as an Insurance Analyst such as processing medication claims, billing concerns and processing payments, analyzing, reviewing and encoding data for information updates.

I am knowledgeable in the use of MS word and Excel, Google Suite, Square payment, Acuity scheduling, IntakeQ, Ringcentral, EHR and others.  I learn quick when using new applications. Computer and Internet savvy, and eager to learn new software if needed. 

I can easily adapt to a task that might not be in my field of expertise. If a task needs more information not within what is provided I will innovate and improvise for it to be done. You can rely on me to work efficiently with quality assurance, and ensure that a task is done in a timely manner. 

Although I take my work seriously I'm actually a carefree person. I love spending  my day off by studying Japanese language, reading books and watching movies.
