- Do charge entry, claim submission, A/R follow-up, denial management, etc.

- Checking daily patient authorization trips.
- Gather the patients list and add it to the Excel.
- Conduct monthly patient insurance eligibility
- Assisting client by responding patient inquiry chat and emails, etc.
- Sorting emails by importance and categories.
