I am currently seeking for an opportunity where I will be able to utilize my strong organizational and exceptional people skills which will allow me to grow personally and professionally within any field I venture on. I've been with Telstra Telco( Teletech Bacolod) for 10 years. Technical Support field for 7 years and 3 years in Quality Assurance Specialist I've worked on different roles with Telstra including Data Collection, Service Recovery Team, FCR Champ , Escalations Desk Support( Supervisor's Call) and (15 Months) Recruitment Team Leader- Hospice Staffing Agency. I am ready and very committed to work with any employer who needs my services. I'll be more than happy to work with you. I really believe in hard work. Long term goal is to be with the company for long period of time.
