Profile Description

- I worked as a Remote Accountant in an accounting firm in the US. I am assigned to handle bookkeeping tasks for 10-12 clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero.

- Worked directly as a bookkeeper with small business owners in different industries who are based in the US.

I am proficient in doing the following tasks:

- Recording of all transactions (bills, invoices, withdrawals, and deposits) in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Wave
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Monitoring & auditing accounts payable balances
- Communicating with vendors and processing payments of payables to vendors
- Preparing and making journal entries for payroll, deposits, and sales receipts
- Process invoices through Hubdoc and Upgrade to see actual info
- Recording payments and interests of loans and liabilities
- Prepare financial reports and submit them to the Accountant for tax filing
- Assist senior accountant in preparing Sales Tax Report
- Preparation of VAT Return Report in Amazon
- Manage and assign tasks to bookkeepers in the team
