Hi, good day! I took a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. I've been working as a telemarketer and appointment setter for almost 4 years already, and I've handled several campaigns like lead generation, data entry accounts, sales, customer service, and auditing campaigns. I had experience with different campaigns as an appointment setter. We transferred our appointments directly to our licensed agent, called "warm transfer," using a dialer or setting appointments with clients.
