Since 2012 I am a freelancer handling various VA tasks from Customer Service to HR Recruitment. But I lasted long for a couple of years with Amazon Seller Central handling UK and US account. As a customer service, I do product research for potential products from other vendors online gathering important information that are needed to create new listing and also monitor emails making sure they are all responded within 24 hours. Reply feedback and product reviews. Process refunds and create order fulfillment. Do product listing from scratch and piggyback riding on to an existing best seller item in amazon. Upload images on seller central base on required specifications. FBA and drop shipping listing. Seller Central Inventories replenish items.

I do have an experience using Xsellco to track customers leaving us negative reviews in order to locate their order number and contact them direct on Amazon to resolve issue. Also checking on status assigned to me that I need to work on and continue where I left an open ticket for specific customers.
