Profile Description

Skilled and adaptable Accounting practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the
full accounting process. Seeking opportunities in a reputable organization to impart gained knowledge and expertise in managing financial records, and to learn new things for personal and professional growth for the benefit of both parties.

I think that over the years, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to adjust to various circumstances, and I always find opportunities to advance in response to any challenges that may arise.

I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.  My recent work experience is as a Remote Bookkeeper in a US Based Company.  I manage the bookkeeping of 4 companies owned by only one person. My responsibility is to make sure that all transactions are valid, documented, properly recorded, categorized, applied, and reconciled in QuickBooks Online, AppFolio, and Microsoft Excel.  I also
prepare the Daily Cash Balance Report and generation of Profit and Loss report.

In my prior positions, I oversaw the entire accounting process, from analysis and recording to auditing, reconciling, managing Accounts receivable and payable,  payroll, Philippine taxation, and finally, preparation, analysis, and presentation of Financial Statements. I was also given the chance to run a department and the business.  When I managed the rental and sales of one of the companies I worked with, I also gained experience in dealing with and communicating with a variety of people both locally and globally.

I have working experience in QuickBooks, MYOB, Basecamp, AppFolio, Microsoft Office. I also have basic knowledge in Xero which I learned through online trainings. 

In addition to my educational background, professional experiences, technical skills, and passion for my craft, I am sure that I possess the correct mindset and strong work ethics both of which are crucial for joining a team.
