Working in a BPO Industry for 7 accumulative years in three different competitive companies helped me acquire great skills such as being a virtual assistant, phone support (both outbound and inbound), email support, web research, administrative tasks, email management, creating newsletter, appointment setter, data analysis, transcription, and data entry that I can use for my client's project/s. Also, I have 1-year experience as a product description copywriter and upload it to Shopify stores. I have a wide knowledge of E-commerce particularly in dropshipping. I am always committed to complete whatever task/s is/are given to me. I always render the fullest possible quantity and give the best quality of service I am capable of. I am attentive to every detail of my work, result-oriented, and very disciplined freelancer. I always make sure to establish a positive mindset before performing any task/s and do it in a systematical approach. I am an eager learner that is willing to gain more skills when there is an opportunity that comes.
