I have been working online as a Virtual Assistant for 12 years now and I've been with a couple of projects and companies and was able to perform my tasks effectively. For over 6 years, I have worked for Property Management companies as a work order specialist or maintenance assistant. I handled maintenance requests from start to finish and receive emergency calls over the weekend and after hours. I handle after-hours and weekend maintenance emergency requests as needed. Taking maintenance calls, identifying if it's an emergency or not as urgent dispatching the right service technician as needed. 
I also helped in section 8 transactions and City Landlordlicense, City violations, and scheduling Inspections. I was able to do prospect tenants and showings, online marketing, and customer service as well with my former PMs. I am experienced in Appfolio and Propertyware and am willing to learn any applications that your company is using and follow the system and procedures you are implementing. Also, I am willing to undergo other quick training for other tasks and can be assigned to another Department too that might need my assistance. 


I had assisted Real Estate Agents and Investors: Some tasks; Inbound and Outbound Calling, Property Research, Posting Ads, Consolidating Files, E-mail Handling, calendar management, MLS, and some SEO too. I had experience in Website Management and some social media accounts management. I was a Research and Data Entry Executive for a US company. I worked in Rental Property Management in New Jersey. Prior to my online work experiences, I also have almost 4 years of experience in the Call Center Industry as a Product support representative. We provide networking solutions to Linksys by Cisco customers. We troubleshoot the device, verify product warranty, and up-sell products and services for a better networking experience. My recent job was in ConvergysPhilippines Inc., A BPO company, where I worked for over 1 year as a customer service associate to customers of Cricket WirelessTelecommunications Company based in the US.
