Profile Description

A year of being a customer service representative made me very efficient on handling customers concerns and mold me as a problem-solver individual. The training and the experience taught me to become an effective handler of irate customers who wants their issues resolved real time. Working on a data entry field taught to be very keen on details and had trained me to working with time efficiency and thus submitting projects right before the deadline. I believe that I do have the skill set to being an effective Virtual Assistant, data entry specialist, transcriber and customer service representative. I am very organized and I highly challenge myself to resolving client issues and promote excellence in every work I do.
