Profile Description

Hi! I am a practicing lawyer here in the Philippines for more than four years. My current practice is corporation law and business law where I assist local and foreign clients in their legal concerns for their businesses here in the Philippines such as establishing a branch office, due diligence work, and contract reviews. I can review loan documents, check the legal requirements needed here in the Philippines, and even coordinate with the government agencies for the processing of legal documents. 

Before focusing on corporation law, I was the senior associate in one of the lawfirms here in the Philippines. I became an experienced attorney where I handle cases such as criminal, civil, and labor cases. I also handled land registration and immigration concerns. I also personally coordinated with various government agencies to help my clients in their legal concerns. 
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I used to write advertising copies and PR for an advertising agency. I also wrote children's stories for an educational magazine. 

I am always available, diligent, and can meet target on time.
