Learning and Development• Develops and aligns L&D strategy to organizational short and long term requirements.Works with the management team in identifying organizational capabilities that will enable the business and people to grow.• Develops, implements, and manages an effective and efficientL&D system that grows organizational and employee capabilities• Works through and provides guidance to line managers in the formulation and implementation of developmental plans for success in current and future job responsibilities.• Designs (where needed) and implements relevant learning & development programs across the organization. Helps co-managers identify external programs for employees.• Maintains a system of evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and ensuresmanagement monitoring of individual progress• Ensures that all expenses for the training programs and other related activities are monitored and kept within the approved budget.• Drives continuous process reviews and improvement.• Ensures that own competencies are at par or better than that of industry standards by exposure to external workshops and meetings geared towards upgrading Training
