Here are the steps I did to generate hundreds of thousands of sales for e-commerce brands.1. Created an influencer marketing strategy based on the campaign goals.2. Prepared assets needed to execute the campaign including campaign brief, spreadsheet, and email script flow. 3. Set up the email account for outreach and make sure that the emails won't go to spam.4. Build a list of relevant influencers to represent the brands by setting specific criteria.5. Reach out to influencers and do AB testing to see what script will give the best open and acceptance rate. 6. Tracking influencer's post and making sure they met the guidelines we set for them.7. Measuring results based on the goal set.
