I have been providing excellent customer service for almost five years where Ive made myself much expert in my work. I have an admirable persuasive quality to handle customers may it be thru live chat, email, social media pages or even over the phone. 
I have also familiarize myself with Shopify as Ive been an overall Ecommerce support for a year and a half. I have experience monitoring orders, contact back offices for order statuses, communicate with warehouses, create discount, handle corporate orders and at the same time deal with after sales service.
