Profile Description

I have experience in Customer Service and as a Technical Support for 5 years in the BPO industry office base. We handle all customer's inquiry with the plan or regarding with their account. Well experienced in using CRM putting customer's information and if there are notes that need to be right down. We handle payments as well and doing upselling in the product that they are in. Right now I aim to enhance my skill and work from home. I am currently working for a commission-based campaign as an Appointment Setter for Real Estate campaign and have quotas that need to reach every single Upgrade to see actual infot just to set up an appointment but also required to make Sales and I am Confidently great it with the Heart. Currently looking to work on an hourly basis either for Customer Service Representative campaign on Real Estate campaign Sales or Appointment Setter and can start Immediately.
