- Currently working as a remote (part-time) Quantity Surveyor/Estimator supporting construction projects while based in the Philippines.
- 14+ years of experience, including 9 years in Singapore and previous experience in the Philippines.
- Responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation, ensuring all project details are thoroughly reviewed and validated.
- Manage tender and claims submissions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers to monitor project progress and gather updates.
- Identify and document variation works, ensuring all changes are properly evaluated and included in progress claims.
- Prepare and submit monthly project reports, highlighting financial status, progress, and key issues.
- Handle client and main contractor (Maincon) queries, resolving disputes and clarifications efficiently and professionally.
