For the past 2 years, I’ve pitched to prospects, closing sales, and generating referrals with ease at Author Solution Philippines which formerly known as Xlibris Publishing Company which office-based is in Bloomington Indiana as I experienced sales. Balancing so much at once is challenging. But I’ve learned to prioritize projects, communicate, and manage my time like a pro, as a result when I worked both two jobs before, and now I already leave Author Solutions for 4 months and keep the focus on working as a Lead Generation. With the overall 5 years and counting working in the BPO, I've learned a lot of things.
