I've been in the Call Center industry for 6 years now, dealing with different type
of accounts and different type of people as well, as a customer service representative, i'm good at dealing with time pressure, deadlines, irate customers, and time management , i am a diligent worker as well, most of the time i consider myself as a workaholic person, sometimes it's hard for me to leave a certain task or any customers concern undone because there is just one thing that comes in my mind whenever i worked on for someone or a certain company, i'm saying that the customer should be the first priority.
I'm always willing to be trained, easy to adapt different types of work environment.
