Profile Description

Over 10 years’ experience in providing exceptional customer support in the BPO Upgrade to see actual infocreasing level of leadership in streamlining business operations for major productivity gain. Skilled in strategic planning and implementation to better manage projects and fulfill corporate mission. Currently part of the Administrative Team for Citibank Singapore, supporting back end process and preparing regular reports.
I have excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Had set up and facilitated a round table meeting with site heads to streamline current business practice.
