Profile Description

I used to work as an Executive Assistant. Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO, booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, managing databases, and filing systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, collating and filing expenses.

Also, I worked as a Virtual Assistant as an Account Manager. Managing Xero Accounts and Upgrade to see actual infoditing and balancing accounts. I have knowledge of using google sheets or excel.  As a Virtual Assistant, I am willing to learn and adapt to a new system of working. 

In 2019 I had a chance to work as the Marketing Head of an e-commerce business. Experienced in using canva, adobe ps, da Vinci resolve. Doing Graphic Design for Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing.
