using MS office and google applications such as excel, word, google sheets, etc. I was awarded numerous times as an outstanding customer service representative during my corporate and BPO experiences. I can also read, write and communicate in English. Apart from being a Customer Service Representative, I also have experience with sales and up-selling. I was also a Data Research Representative and Marketing Associate who deals with apartments in the US. I also did Lead Generation for mortgages, debt consolidation and SEO. I am willing to be trained and can work with no supervision at all because I know that honesty and integrity are the most important values I must possess in order to be successful in working from home. I also have experience in Drip Campaign, Skip tracing and cold calling for Real Estate Investment.
