Here are some of my experiences:
Logistics Coordinator 
- Handles 8 dedicated drivers that I find, offer, and book a load with
- Make sure my drivers are always on time for pick up and delivery of the freight 
- Ensures everything is documented and communicated to the brokers
- Collect POD to ensure payment for the load taken

Customer Service Representative
- Assigned to take phone calls, live chats, and emails
- Answered general inquiries from customers
- Entrusted to handle one VIP client and monitor their orders

General Virtual Assistant
Shopify - Assign tags for each product in Google Sheets Inventory
- Upload products in Shopify and assign the correct tags to each product
- Basic photo editing (removing unnecessary background)
LinkedIn - Connect with people and examine their profiles if they are eligible for the position needed
- Entering their profile and providing the reasons why they are the perfect fit for the job post in Google Sheet
