My above-average customer service skills were developed through more than 10 years of experience in voice, email, and chat touchpoints working for 3 of the top BPO companies in the Philippines, namely Teleperformance, iQor, and Continuum Global Solutions in both onsite and remote settings. I also had the opportunity to develop my analytical and database management skills working for these companies.

I also worked for a dropshipping company based in the US providing eCommerce services using Google Sheets and Shopify.

I am self-directed and committed, and I value integrity. I can work independently as well as be a good team player. I endeavor to be proficient in my job and always aim to learn new things. And with a career in customer service spanning a decade, it is already inherent in me to always be empathetic and to strive to provide accurate and timely resolutions in every customer interaction. 

I also have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Sheets and Docs). I am also well-versed in social media sites such as Facebook.

I have a stable 50+ Mbps PLDT Fiber Internet connection and an AMD Ryzen 5 desktop with 8.00 GB RAM, and I use Windows 10 OS. My desktop is WiFi ready and I can have an alternative internet connection.
