Profile Description

I worked with 2 health insurance in the US as a provider services for 3 years. We answer enquiries from dental offices by providing the benefits of an insured patient, checking the eligibility for check-ups and medical services, process and check doctors claims for services done. I also worked as a technical support representative in an AU account for 1 year in a leading camera and printer brand. Here I learned how to setup connections between the printer and camera to the wi-fi up to the computer. We also use remote viewing app like (LogMeInRescue) to help customer on navigating their computers. I know a bit knowledge with modem and routers and some settings on windows 7,8,8.1 and 10 and also with Mac operating  system. The account also cater an online store and we answers enquiries, compare items and check availability and tracking deliviered items using Magento system. I can do data entry to MS word and Excel, do some research online. I also love staying online on my facebook, twitter and instagram account. I enjoyed giving comments and reviews with the groups I joined.
