Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for quite some time now. I started as a representative for Verizon Sales and Service where I handled voice support. Worked my way up as a product trainer, supporting new hire classes and existing agents. I developed learning materials and classroom activities that suit my different types of learners. I am good in using MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I use these tools to generate and analyze reports related to the training process. I also use Outlook and its other components in office communication and file sharing. After a year, I got promoted as a senior trainer for the same account, supervising trainers, helping them improve in handling classes. I attended corporate meetings and high-level planning sessions with the management in developing our business strategies. I then supported Comcast Sales and Service as a master trainer where we handled both email and chat platforms. Majority of my work here involved leadership training. I helped train our operations supervisors in continuous development with account and non-account specific modules. After a year, I got promoted as a training supervisor where I directly report to the training manager and director respectively. I got engaged more on planning the training classes, training needs analysis, and so much more. I have good written and spoken english skills. I have an above average level of comprehension and I'm proud to say that my experiences helped me to work professionally.
