I am a "jack of all trades," as the saying goes. For over a decade, I served as a customer service representative across industries including finance, medicine, telecommunications, and insurance. The same thing happened to me; I worked as a BPO supervisor for three years before making the transition to freelancing.
I've been a DIGITAL MARKETER, MODERATOR, COMMUNITY MANAGER, GROWTH HACKER, and MARKETING CONSULTANT for crypto-related/ICOs and retail companies since I went freelance. For two years, I worked as a creative writer and also did extensive reviews of forthcoming initial coin offerings (ICOs) and successful crypto platforms.

Since I have worked in customer service for over a decade, have extensive experience managing social media accounts, and have worked as a virtual assistant, I am confident in my ability to provide excellent service to your clients, oversee your company's online presence, and help with a variety of other tasks.

I have spent the past 13 years working in customer service roles, including phone support, email support, chat support, and in-person support. I have a proven track record of providing friendly and efficient service, and am skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Virtual Assistant Experience:

As a virtual assistant, I have experience providing a wide range of support services, including scheduling, email management, data entry, and more. I am detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
