Profile Description

As an Operations coordinator in a company I answer approximately 20-30 emails on a daily basis. Those emails were regarding customer invoices, rent and more about their schedules.
On a certain cut off, we do the scheduling using the Automated Booking tool and make sure that those contracts are accurate before we send it to the customer for signature.
Prior to being an operations coordinator, I was a customer service representative for Comwave. That includes customer's concern regarding billing, mobile phones, internet and the likes.
With that said, I am well equipped to go through customer service as well as data entry professional. I am very willing to work under pressure as it challenges me to to my job better.
