I'm worked as a management secretary. I do administrative support and data entry. I also provide her with a hand on email handling, scheduling, and calendar management. I also do reports.  Can consolidate data and encode them in a sheet. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other applications like (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Canva, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets). Willing to learn a new task and easy to communicate with. I'm also knowledgeable in doing Tying jobs and Product Research. I can help you save your time and energy so you can focus more with the important task you need to finish in your checklist. . I started my career as a Virtual Assistant last March 2022 in Vertical. I am a virtual assistant for RevCon, a construction management company. My first department in maintenance team task is to receive work orders from the clients, record them to our spreadsheet, and look for a contractor to do the project, create an estimate for the client. Monitors the project until done. After two months, I transferred to the billing department. We processed AR invoices for the clients and AP invoices for the contractors. I also have knowledge in doing research using Google and Seamless AI. I also used different tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Click Up, Slack, Teams, Outlook and Google Mail. With this, I think my experience and accomplishments can provide value to the company and its clients.
