Inventory Manager and Data Analyst. Handles Operations in both Amazon and Shopify I help with Inventory Management and Forecasts. Plan the stocking and monitor the sales movement. Calculate and set safety stocks according to lead time and forecast. Forecasting depends on the sales behavior as to the method of Regression, Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Seasonal, Trend Analysis, Exponential, Adjusted Exponential, and more. Or use the Fixed Time as per EOQ, considering the costs (Handling cost, Ordering Cost, Inventory Cost, and more). Standardize the re-ordering point so that the business will be guided for the purchase orders without compromising the customers' orders, the most economical and safest order quantity to avoid a pile-up of inventory cost and avoid non-moving stocks that idle the cash flow. I help execute methods, strategic planning, stocking setup, capacity planning, warehousing control, identifying lead times, task management, monitoring completions, manpower management, KPI, and evaluations.

I help with product research, listings, profitability calculations, transacting with suppliers and freight forwarders, Stock replenishment, Shipment tracking, Project Management, Fees checks,Amazon Deals, Set Deals/Discounts for Amazon and Shopify, Inventory Health monitoring, capacity planning, and operations management. I help with data analysis with Statistical Tools on sales performance, FB Ads Performance, Google Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, Risk assessment, case studies for process optimization, cost-benefit analysis, functional charts, process manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and more.

Proficient in Helium, Keppa, Asana, Trello, Notion, Evernote, Google Analytics, FB Ads, Seller Board, Sostocked, SellerLegend, Shopify, Click Up, Different Forecasting methods, Statistics, and Amazon Seller Central.
