I've done plenty of customer support through social media and email for Balsam Brands and have skills specifically for solving customer's issues with their christmas ornaments. I've also worked with financial companies like American Express where there was quite a bit of problem solving for important clients. I know how to work with MS Word, Excel and Photoshop. Even though I'm not perfect with my skills, I will definitely push the best work for my company.
