Profile Description

I have worked in several BPOs and KPO companies here in the Philippines. I am a highly motivated worker that is why I got promoted several times. I started working when I was 20 years old in Sitel as a customer service representative for Telecom New Zealand handling prepaid accounts. After a year and a half I got promoted as a Senior Customer Service representative in the same account. I stayed in that company for 2 years and 6 months.  Then I moved to 24/7 as a Customer Service Representative for T mobile -UK  we handle almost everything , from billing to tech support and a little up selling. I stayed there for 7 months. After we moved house , I applied in Teletech Pioneer as a Technical support representative for Tmobile-US. I was an agent for 6 months then I got promoted as a QA specialist . I was a QA specialist for 6 months too. Because of my experience as a QA, I was invited to apply in ADP as a teledata analyst/payroll specialist and got hired. We help small business owners process their payroll and file tax exemptions for their employees. I also stayed there for over a year. Then I moved to Brady Philippines as a compliance specialist. My task involves updating small business owners with their government mandated compliance requirements like posters and training kits. This was where I learned how to skip trace, up sell and do cold calling to potential customers. I stayed there for a year too. However in 2015, I got pregnant and it was a delicate pregnancy so I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home as an online English Upgrade to see actual info has been my work since then.  I hope I get considered for this position.
