Forecasting and shipment management. Keyword Research using Helium 10, Viral Launch, Jungle Scout, seller central brand analytics. Feedback and Review and Management including feedback removal on negative seller feedback and product review. Daily checks of Performance Upgrade to see actual infot up and Manage Storefront Customer Support including processing of refund and replacement and ensuring that buyer messages will be responded within 24 hours. Promotions set up including Lightning Deals, coupon, creating sales, outlet Upgrade to see actual infot up and Design Enhance Brand Content (EBC). Setting up Ebay listing using JoeLister app (linking Amazon account to eBay). Conducting Product Private label sourcing from Financial Review Analysis to contacting suppliers.
