•Assists the Registrar in planning and organizing the general operations as well as the enforcement of policies and procedures of the office.
•Prepares, encodes, and updates permanent records / ledgers of students;  undertakes the accounting, classifying, indexing, filing and storing of active and inactive academic records or files.
•Undertakes review and analysis of reports / statistics on students enrolled, graduating, dropped, or placed on probation;  prepares statistical reports for submission to the school management and relevant government regulatory bodies.
•Participates in the development of record filing, archiving, and retrieval systems of documented data relative to the operations of the Registrar’s Office.
•Prepares monthly planner on activities to be undertaken; consolidates outputs, results, and accomplishment into monthly performance reports and submits the same to the superiors in the organization.
