Profile Description

I am currently working as VA in a Property Management Company, doing bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting, billing, onboarding and offboarding of owners and properties. Process rent payments, security deposits, owner draws or distribution.
I had a bit of experience in the Leasing department for 5 months doing tenant screening, processing of move ins and move outs, listing of new properties for rent. I have a bit of knowledge on Quickbooks- invoicing and applying payments.
Software applications experience: Propertyware, Process Street, Property Meld, Docusign and Quickbooks.

I worked in different banks for almost 28 years. and i was assigned mostly in accounting department where i prepare financial statements, regulatory reports and on the latter part of my career i did treasury operations- foreign exchange, money market and government bonds. i want to continue my passion in working as accountant so i need a job that where i could give and share my talent and knowledge.
