Dedicated and hard-working.
I worked in a call center setting as a Customer Service Representative for Upgrade to see actual info in a span of 2 years and 4 months. I helped customers plan their travel, book and process cancellation or change with their flight, hotel and car reservations. I also assist with customers with regards to their complaints and any billing issues on their reservations. After being a Customer Service Representative, I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a different account which was Enterprise Rent-A-Car's General Reservations, with a work duration of 9 months. After that, I got transferred to work for another account, which was Frontier Airlines Customer Service for 1 year and 3 months.
After my stint in the BPO industry, I worked as a virtual assistant in a young start-up, which a moving company marketplace operating mainly in New Zealand.
I am very motivated, willing to learning new things, and very reliable.
