I have experience in the HR field for more than 3 years working from home. I have experience also working in a Singapore based company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and US based company as an Operations Assistant/Recruiter. I've been working closely with the Director and CEO of the company. I’ve been an assistant in operations at the same time I source and interview.
I'm a Global Sourcing Analyst who is sourcing in the Europe region and America. Along with other tasks, I have been a Quality analyst, working with Vendor management, and good customer service by handling applicants all throughout their application. I have experience using Slack, Trello, Calendly, Google Products, Zoom, Microsoft, and LinkedIn.
With my skills, I have experience handling different kinds of nationalities. Working with them enhanced my rapport and collaborative skills. I'm a very hard-working, optimistic and energetic person. At times, I’m very straightforward and impatient when it comes to handling deadlines.
