Profile Description

I worked in the BPO for 7 years, I started my career as a call-taking agent, and after two years of working my way up through the ranks, I was promoted to Product Trainer. A few months later, I was overseeing my own team of over 18 to 20 people as a Team Supervisor until the end of my time in Sitel. 

I then started as a freelancer in 2019 and worked with various clients on different projects. I've had the opportunity to work directly with CEOs, who have trusted me with their most important campaigns.
In my current role as Operations Manager at a marketing company for a year doing project management, payroll, and other admin tasks, I am also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
