>Analyzes architectural and structural plans and attends pre bid meeting and site inspection in prior for bidding.>Quantity take-off of architectural works such as floor, ceiling and wall finishes and masonry.>Quantity take-off of excavation and structural works such as forms, concrete, reinforcing bars of beams, columns, girder, footing and slab.>Assists the Sr. Quantity Surveyor in preparing bill of quantities, commercial and technical proposals.>Prepares quotations and specifications for the procurement department and assists the procurement department in contacting and negotiating suppliers for the materials to be used in construction.>Strong knowledge in computer aided softwares such as MS Offices( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access), Autocad, Sketchup, StaadPro, Planswift, Autodesk Design Review>Strong written and communications skills
