I am an experienced Administrative and Operations Head. My background includes office administration, recruitment, customer communication, and operations coordination. I previously worked as an Administrative Operations Head in Dubai where I managed daily office processes, documentation, scheduling and client coordination. After returning to the Philippines, I worked in the BPO industry supporting hiring processes and employee programs.
I also manage operations in our family-owned business where I handle inventory monitoring, order coordination, supplier communication, and logistics. Because of this, I understand how business owners thing and what kind of support they truly need.
