Hi,

I have 10 years of working experience in the IT BPO and Administration, I have worked with various companies. 

As a freelancer, I worked as a data gatherer for clients who are looking for assisted living facilities and memory care. Then, I also worked with clients who needed assistance with their Shopify Accounts. Furthermore, I also worked as a Customer Service Officer and a Technical Support Agent in a Business Process Outsourced company nearby our residence. I also did administrative tasks like filing of documents, setting appointments, meeting clients and daily reporting of finances as an Administrative Officer of M5 Mobility and Solutions, Inc. located in Makati City, Philippines. 

These line of work made me competent in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I was also assigned in meetings with potential clients which sharpened my interpersonal and communication skills. I am fluent in two languages, English and Filipino, both in verbal or writing. Part of my job is to cater customer needs, identifying their problems and formulate solutions which can best benefit them.
