Data Entry - In my 3yrs experience as a Data Entry Operator in Inforesta Company, we performed medical article research and purchasing medical article online. We entered all customers information, orders, shipping & tracking records with 99?curacy.
Data Analyst II - I've done a lot of data analyzation as Data Analyst II in BPO Company. We are responsible for the retrieval of the client invoices during coverage renewal from their health insurance company and transcribe the data from tiff/pdf file to excel. After transcribing, we uploaded the data to our system and audit to match the record both side to avoid discrepancies.
Customer Service - As a customer service representative, doing outbound calls, we are responsible for confirming eligibility status for client members benefit insurance. A user of MS Office daily, including Outlook and Excel. Handled confidential information for clients, including tax information and legal documents. Highly trusted by management with sensitive info.
