I am currently working as a Construction Quality Control Inspector at DMCI Homes, this is my second job and I have been in the construction industry for more than 4 years. I am equipped with skills and knowledge in cost estimation, site supervision, preparing project bid documents and billings as my first job required me to do so. As for my current job, I work on site and I am responsible for assuring the quality of work in construction. Part of my job is to inspect activities staring from masonry works to bare unit acceptance. My job also includes assuring quality materials are delivered on site, which is why I do materials testing like waterproofing pull-off test, wood moisture test, dry film painting thickness and xcut test. I am also entitled to issue 'stop work' order if work sequence and quality is compromised.
