Profile Description

I have 12 years of experience in the BPO industry handling customer service, and 4 years of experience as a Real Estate VA, handling texting and administrative /Adhoc task. I have very keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency in all my dealings.
I have enough knowledge of property marketing such as posting on Craiglist and posting sites for property listing.

I am very familiar with email marketing and lead generation using Lead Sherpa, RooR, Go for Close, Launch Control, Batch Leads, Smarter Contacts, REI Reply,  SalesForce, Mojo, Docusign, Mailchimp, and Podio. 
I can do comping/comps. Familiar with using Bright/Remine, MLS, Realeflow, and Metabase and I definitely have useful knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.

I also have experience in generating leads that can help my clients know the consumer's interest or inquiries on different sites like Zillow, Trulia, Real Quest, APPRAISAL, Upgrade to see actual info, and Total View. Besides lead generation, I am very capable of doing Data management, data entry, data scrubbing, data mining, and Skip tracing. 

As a Real Estate VA for 4 years,  I am a Team Supervisor handling 5 people. My task and responsibility being a team leader are:
1. Manage daily attendance
2. Manage response time for texting > ten minutes goal. Manage responses of your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to make sure all are responding in a timely manner and with correct responses and pushing leads to SalesForce.
3. Report and review campaign stats for the team-
which includes; updating, troubleshooting, and communicating to the supervisor additional campaigns.
4. Template management - customize per teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, remove old ones, update as needed, and keep fresh messages available for rotation.
5. Manage team performers
* Recognize strengths, and training opportunities, develop goals, and notice additional skill sets.6. Update and manage metrics-
* Manage text and campaign tracker for your team.
6. Daily/weekly reports providing end-of-week total per person and total for the team.
* Review spreadsheet, manage follow-up dates for response to be no less than 2 days 
7. Training
*retain training materials, logins, and knowledge to lead and develop new VA hires.
Create a positive environment to explain, train, and provide accurate knowledge to new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, as needed.
Communicate training results, progress, and feedback on new hires.

I am confident that I will be able to manage all the tasks and assignments efficiently and effectively. I have a very strong work ethic and I always take my job responsibilities seriously. I have very good time management skills as I always want to make sure that I just don't meet the deadline but finish my work ahead of time with good quality results.
