I've worked as a Remote Desktop Support (Chat) Specialist at Geek Squad for about 2 years and 9 months. I have experience in using some remote desktop software like LogMeInRescue, TeamViewer and Chrome Remote Desktop and I am willing to study more on other software. I also worked as a Technical Support Specialist (Chat) on Xbox under Microsoft for 1 year and 6 months. I have knowledge on how to troubleshoot gaming consoles but more efficient in Xbox consoles. My recent work was a video editor for different YouTube channels for about 6 months. I can definitely work under less supervision and flexible enough regarding the schedules. Rest assured that I will apply all the skills I learnt no matter what job I am assigned to and what assistance I can provide.
